MSJ wrestlers finished 5th place in a field of 115 high schools from 10 states and the District of Columbia. Wyoming Seminary (PA), Blair Academy (NJ), Bishop Lynch (TX), and the Kiski School (PA) placed as the top 4 schools. DeMatha finished 9th as the next MD school. MSJ Placers included:

MSJ dominates the final two rounds to win the 2010 MIS State Tournament with 51 team points ahead of second place Georgetown Prep. All MSJ wrestlers added to the team victory with wins during the two-day tournament.
